Workshops

Our classes are five weeks in duration. We will teach via Zoom. The goal for our students is to have them become aware of how they breathe, to become aware of their diaphragm and how it works and the intimate connection their breath has on their nervous system.
If we are breathing improperly -- that is, too fast, upper chest breathing, open mouth breathing, holding our breath -- we are effecting the blood pressure, heart, blood vessels, headaches, sleep, acid reflux, how we cope with anxiety and over worry, our immune system, and a malady of complex issues of diseases we face today, such as cancer and viruses.
